The Göttingen court has delivered. The prepared verdict has been pronounced. The presiding judge Schindler is rid of the brave and recalcitrant civil rights activist – for the time being. And because he annoyed him, he does not want to credit him with 5 months of pre-trial detention – due to the delay in the trial. So much for the revenge in court. This was also to be expected, in a trial that mocked any rule of law and that was based on an absurd construction of accusations from the beginning. So be it. Reiner Fuellmich has been held in a maximum security prison in Germany since November 2023.
After more than 50 hearings, the verdict will finally come one of these days.
Of course many hope for his release, but that has not happened yet.
As a statement of support for Reiner, but to send a clear signal that he is not alone, the autograph book will be sent to the printer on Wednesday, April 23.
A copy will be handed in to the Ministry of Security and Justice, a copy will be delivered to the court, with Reiner's consent, and of course Reiner will also receive a copy.
